Due-diligence relevance

For Meta / Google / ByteDance and peer strategic acquirers, this role is the human counterpart to the strategic asset (the 10-agent audience-intelligence pipeline). Acquirers will require a named, experienced Head of Audience Intelligence to provide credible ongoing oversight of the AI agents — the absence of this role is one of the most material reasons a strong product gets a low audience-intelligence valuation.
